What we collect
When you create a profile we collect the details you provide — your name, username, email, and links to your public work (GitHub, LinkedIn, X). With your explicit consent, we also scan your publicly available work to generate your PANI score.
How we use it
We use your information to generate and display your score, match you to relevant roles, and — if you opt in — send you a job digest. If your profile is set to private, your score is visible only to you.
Your choices
You control your profile visibility and email preferences, and you can delete your profile at any time, which removes your data and any derived score. To make a request, contact us at privacy@panihq.com.
