Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between external partners (carriers, vendors, suppliers) and internal teams such as Retail, Finance, Software Support, and Fulfillment Centers. Extract and analyze data using tools like Excel, Access, SQL, and other reporting platforms. Develop, track, and interpret key business metrics. Support business decision-making through ad hoc reports and data analysis. Define functional requirements for technology teams to develop scalable solutions. Identify business trends and evaluate their impact on operations. Escalate operational issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure timely resolution. Prepare reports and narratives highlighting weekly findings, trends, and performance variances. Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced work environment.
