Responsibilities: Manage enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft SCCM, ensuring seamless deployment of software applications, operating system updates, and security patches. Configure and optimize SCCM collections, task sequences, and client settings to improve deployment efficiency and endpoint reliability. Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and infrastructure performance while performing remediation activities to maintain organizational standards. Administer Microsoft Intune policies for Windows devices, enabling secure device management and supporting hybrid workplace environments. Create and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and enrollment settings aligned with enterprise security requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement standardized endpoint configurations across the organization. Build, maintain, and update Windows operating system images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to streamline device provisioning. Perform operating system imaging and deployment activities while ensuring consistency with organizational configuration standards. Diagnose and resolve issues related to SCCM, Intune, Windows operating systems, and MDT deployments through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including deployment procedures, configuration guidelines, and troubleshooting knowledge articles. Implement endpoint security best practices by managing configuration baselines, patch compliance, and device hardening policies. Work closely with service desk and infrastructure teams to resolve endpoint incidents and improve overall user experience. Identify opportunities to enhance endpoint management processes by adopting new technologies and automation practices that improve operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Endpoint Management, or a similar technical role.
