System Engineer

Responsibilities: Monitor and support daily EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) production operations. Investigate and resolve EDI transaction failures within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and operational analysis. Monitor production queues, application alerts, and system health. Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions. Communicate effectively with customers regarding production incidents, updates, and resolutions. Maintain system stability and ensure timely resolution of production issues. Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to incidents, troubleshooting, and operational procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support role and related technologies.
