Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design team, developing and implementing design strategies that align with Verdantas' objectives. Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for designing projects. Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve the design process. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients. Required Skills: At least 10 years of experience in substation P&C design. Proficient knowledge of the NESC and NEC standards related to substation construction, including understanding clearances, conduit fills, and overall safety protocols. Experience with utility process and standards, as well as proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD and MicroStation. Familiarity with other 3D modeling software is also advantageous. Demonstrated ability to independently lead portions of projects with minimal oversight. Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position starts at $105,000. A flexible work environment.
