The position of Sr Solution Architect is pivotal at Cyara, as this role collaborates closely with the Sales department to lead pre-sales technical strategies, provide tailored architectural solutions, and help prospective clients improve their customer experience testing and monitoring initiatives. The successful candidate will play a vital role in: Leading pre-sales technical activities including tailored demos, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions. Collaborating with Sales to understand customer requirements and align technical execution to support revenue goals. Conducting detailed discovery sessions aimed at uncovering customer pain points, decision criteria, and technical requirements. Creating customized demonstrations of Cyara’s platform that illustrate clear connections between customer challenges and business value. Managing technical inquiries, objections, and providing guidance throughout complex sales cycles. Representing Cyara at customer-facing events such as conferences and webinars. Partnering with different internal teams like Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to actual delivery. Contributing to the development of technical sales materials and mentoring junior Solution Architects. Candidates applying for the role of Sr Solution Architect should possess: A minimum of 8 years’ experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture, ideally with experience presenting to C-level and VP-level stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Established experience in leading large-scale technical sales efforts and familiarity with CX technologies including contact centers, call centers, and testing. Advanced capability in designing solutions and integrating systems while translating technical capabilities into business value. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences. Strong consultative skills for uncovering customer needs and decision-making processes. An aptitude for storytelling to build trust and relate solutions to customer success outcomes. Problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially in managing objections logically. Proficient meeting management skills including active listening and clear communication of next steps. Leadership quality, mentoring, and an eagerness to share knowledge within the team.
