Software Testing Engineer

Creator Space Lab is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates who are eager to build a successful career in Software Testing. The selected candidates will become part of the Quality Assurance team and work on testing modern software applications while learning industry-standard testing methodologies. This role provides an excellent learning environment where freshers can strengthen their understanding of Manual Testing, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect reporting, SQL validation, and quality assurance processes. Candidates with strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously learn new testing tools and automation technologies will thrive in this role. Responsibilities: Understand functional and business requirements. Prepare detailed test cases and test scenarios. Execute manual test cases for web applications. Identify, document, and report software defects. Validate fixes after defects are resolved. Perform regression and smoke testing. Participate in requirement discussions. Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers. Maintain testing documentation and reports. Validate application functionality before release. Learn automation testing practices and frameworks. Continuously improve software quality through effective testing.
