Software Engineer

Salesforce is hiring fresh graduates under its Futureforce University Recruiting Program. In this role, candidates will work on scalable cloud applications, AI-powered CRM platforms, and enterprise-level software systems. This role is ideal for candidates targeting high-paying software engineer jobs, product-based companies, and cloud/AI careers. Candidates from 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches with qualifications such as B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc / M.S are eligible to apply. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver scalable software products. Work with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering). Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Develop automation frameworks and test strategies. Improve system performance and scalability. Build new features used by millions of users. Requirements: B.E / B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/EE or related fields). Batch: 2026 only. Minimum 7.5 CGPA. No active backlogs. Strong Data Structures & Algorithms. Programming (Java / Python / C++ / JavaScript). Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Understanding of software development lifecycle. Team collaboration skills. Experience with cloud computing (preferred). Knowledge of testing & automation (preferred). Familiarity with scalable system design (preferred). Exposure to AI / Data / CRM platforms (preferred).
