Senior QA Engineer

A Senior QA Engineer position at Glints, a leading talent platform, for Indonesian professionals with 7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, focusing on software reliability, test automation, and delivering high-quality products in a remote work environment. Responsibilities: Design comprehensive testing strategies; Perform manual and automated testing; Develop and maintain automation frameworks; Execute regression testing; Conduct functional and integration testing; Perform API validation; Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers; Identify, reproduce, and report software defects; Participate in Agile ceremonies; Improve testing processes and QA standards; Validate production releases; Review test plans and test cases; Ensure software reliability before deployment; Support continuous quality improvements.
