Supporting online charter reservations by ensuring that inquiries and bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Managing online bookings related to charter rentals, travel packages, and events. Uploading photos, videos, and marketing content across social media platforms to bolster marketing efforts. Ensuring that all communications reflect a high level of professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service. Performing other related duties as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or a related field. At least two years of experience in office administration, sales support, or social media marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Familiarity with social media marketing and strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
