Microsoft is hiring a Sales Apprentice for freshers. This 12-month program provides hands-on exposure to commercial deal development, market analysis, and data-driven sales landing strategies at a global scale. Responsibilities: Support deal development by collaborating with customers and internal teams to prepare structured commercial proposals. Learn Microsoft products, licensing models, and industry trends to contribute to sales discussions and customer solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and account managers to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. Assist in business analysis by working with sales data and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Participate in commercial planning and operational activities. Help identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement. Maintain accurate documentation and support internal stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
