You will join a team dedicated to bringing Apollo to market at scale, tackling the complex challenges like safety, commercialization, and mass production to change the world for the better.</p></div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>Design, Prototype, and Assemble Humanoid Robots and associated technologies / auxiliary equipment.</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>CAD/Design and manufacture basic jigs/fixtures for testing&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize manual mill/lathe, CNC machines, and 3D Printers</li> <li>Harness schematic creation</li> <li>Harness assembly</li> <li>PCBA soldering and component modification</li> <li>Assemble electromechanical subsystems without full documentation</li> <li>Collaborate with R&amp;D Engineers and Test/Validation Engineers to identify and solve complex problems</li> <li>Assist with Test designs and Test implementation</li> <li>Document issues and/or assembly processes to be utilized by production technicians as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven hands-on skills and electromechanical aptitude &nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications  &nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills  </li> <li>Electrical and/or Mechanical Technician certifications are a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in using hand tools and torque devices</li> <li>Initiative and self-motivation - ability to work with little&nbsp;supervision   </li> <li>Collaborative nature with the ability to work in a team&nbsp;environment   </li> <li>Basic computer skills  </li> <li>Good written communication  </li> <li>Strong work ethic and commitment to safety</li> <li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar field</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly or related field<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li> <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times</li> <li>Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen</li> <li>Hearing and speech to communicate</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>*This is a direct hire.&nbsp; Please, no outside Agency solicitations.&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1">Apptronik provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</p></div>
