The role primarily focuses on backend and API integration testing, along with building and executing automated tests. Candidates should have at least 3 years of QA experience and practical exposure to automation frameworks and testing tools. A key aspect of this opportunity is the use of AI tools in QA workflows, particularly for test generation and automation. Candidates who are already comfortable incorporating AI into their testing process can bring relevant practical experience to the role. The position also requires familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, making experience with continuous testing and automated quality checks valuable for the assignment. The role is fully remote and requires candidates who can start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Perform backend and API integration testing. Design and execute test scenarios for API-based functionality. Develop and maintain automated test cases. Work with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or PyTest. Use tools such as Postman for API testing and validation. Identify, document, and communicate defects. Leverage AI tools to accelerate test generation and automation activities. Integrate or work with automated testing within CI/CD pipelines. Validate backend integrations and ensure expected system behavior. Analyze test results and identify potential issues. Collaborate with relevant technical teams to support quality delivery. Contribute to efficient and scalable QA practices during the contract period.
