Milliman is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented fresher as a QA Engineer in Navi Mumbai. You will help test web and application software, understand project requirements, write and run test cases and report bugs clearly – learning software quality assurance in a professional IT team. It is a full-time, on-site role and an excellent opportunity for freshers who are careful, curious and want to build a career in software testing at a respected global firm. Responsibilities: Assist in testing web and application-based software. Understand project requirements and create basic test cases. Execute test cases and report bugs / issues clearly. Support the team in functional and regression testing. Follow the SDLC and testing processes as per project standards. Requirements: Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and the SDLC. Basic programming knowledge in Java. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment (SQL / bug-tracking tools are a plus).
