If you're an experienced testing professional looking to work on modern cloud products, LotusFlare is currently hiring a QA Engineer for its Pune office. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, CI/CD, Playwright, Appium, and Agile development. As part of LotusFlare's engineering team, you'll help ensure the quality of enterprise-grade telecom and digital commerce platforms used by millions of users worldwide. Review and analyze system specifications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive testing strategies. Design detailed test plans and test cases. Execute manual and automated tests. Report, track, and verify software defects. Perform root cause analysis. Conduct pre-release and post-release testing. Work closely with Agile development teams. Develop automation tests using Playwright, Appium, or similar tools. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Maintain QA documentation and testing reports. Promote QA best practices across engineering teams.
