Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls as per process guidelines; Follow scripts while managing different scenarios; Perform voice and data entry multitasking; Conduct website research and navigation tasks; Interpret and analyze content accurately; Maintain strong English grammar and fluency; Ensure effective probing and analytical skills; Provide accurate interpretation of information; Deliver timely and quality outputs; Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including night shifts); No long leave plans for at least 1 year; Immediate joiners preferred; Work strictly from office (Mangalore location) Requirements: 15 years of full-time education mandatory; Basic computer knowledge; Good English verbal & written communication; Active listening skills; Ability to quickly learn new processes; Strong problem-solving ability; Good team player; Data processing experience (DATA → DATA); Experience in BPO / Voice process (added advantage) Required Skills: communication, english, voice processing, problem solving, data processing, bpo, teamwork
