Accenture Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring freshers and early-career graduates for 3 operations roles across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. Roles include Quality Auditing Associate (Chennai), Order to Cash Operations New Associate - Account Reconciliation (Hyderabad), and Order to Cash Operations New Associate - Collections (Bengaluru). Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps businesses build their digital core, optimize operations, and accelerate growth. Responsibilities: Quality Auditing Associate: Support quality auditing, process compliance and quality checks, ensuring operational processes meet defined standards and accuracy targets. O2C Account Reconciliation: Focus on account reconciliation, matching and resolving transactions and supporting smooth finance operations. O2C Collections: Focus on the collections process, following up on outstanding payments and supporting cash flow and customer accounts. Requirements: Any Graduate / BE / BTech / BSc (role dependent). 0-2 years of experience; freshers are welcome. Good communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail and willingness to work in operations / night shifts if required. Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.
