The role focuses on end-to-end service delivery for international customers, order management, supplier coordination and ensuring timely installation to meet SLAs. It involves customer communication, escalation handling and coordination across teams for smooth service readiness. Junior telecom delivery and operations role suited for candidates with 0-1 year experience in Telecom/ISP. Good if you have basic knowledge of telecom standards and are comfortable with coordination, order tracking and customer communication. Pure technical design or pure coding profiles may not find this matching. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of services for international customers Handle OLO – Delivery Management Coordinate with suppliers for service delivery Ensure all installation functions are performed on time to meet agreed SLAs Perform escalation management when necessary, especially if project is in jeopardy Manage customer communications and KCIs (Keep Customer Informed) Ensure customer-end service readiness Handle end-to-end order management for smooth delivery Coordinate with suppliers and secure field resources for priority orders following escalation matrix Eligibility Criteria for Tata Communications Jr Team Member Must-Have Requirements 0 to 1 year of experience in Telecom/ISP domain Basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong coordination skills and logical approach Strong verbal and written communication skills Good team player with focus on customer experience and satisfaction Ownership and responsiveness towards assigned work Ability to collaborate with team and other stakeholders Preferred / Required Skills Network design and network planning knowledge Order management and service delivery experience Escalation management skills Understanding of telecom standards or telecom protocols Selection Process 1.
