Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and other modern UI technologies, along with backend using Django Python. Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Review code written by peers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness of the applications. Integrate security measures to protect applications and data, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements. Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance. Create and maintain detailed documentation for the codebase, APIs, and application architecture. Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
