Alcon Off Campus is hiring an IT Analyst for experienced. All eligible and interested candidates can check the eligibility criteria, role details, selection Responsibilities: Work closely with laboratory teams including QC, QA, R&D, and Manufacturing Support to understand business processes and system requirements. Gather, document, and validate business requirements in a clear and structured manner. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for LABVANTAGE LIMS, Waters Empower, and Veeva systems. Support change requests, enhancements, and continuous system improvements. Ensure business requirements comply with medical device quality and regulatory standards. Coordinate project activities between site SMEs, IT DevOps teams, and external vendors. Assist with project planning, timelines, and regular status reporting. Organize requirement workshops, design reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions. Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Support system implementation, upgrades, and post-deployment stabilization. Act as the primary point of contact for software vendors and service providers. Coordinate vendor meetings, deliverables, timelines, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Review vendor proposals and assist in resolving vendor-related issues. Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and coordinate invoice processing with procurement and finance teams. Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking. Support system validation activities in compliance with Medical Device regulations. Prepare and maintain documentation such as URS, functional specifications, test scripts, traceability matrices, and validation records. Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 13485 requirements. Maintain accurate project and system documentation. Requirements: 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting LIMS or laboratory systems. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with LABVANTAGE LIMS, Waters Empower, and/or Veeva, Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users, Experience working in a Medical Devices regulated environment, Work closely with stakeholders to support defining the scope and document integrations requirements with other QRA applications and systems, Understanding of AI capabilities and the ability to analyze and translate AI-driven use cases into business requirements, Understanding system validation, audits, and quality processes, Experience with vendor coordination and procurement activities (POs and invoices), Good organization and coordination skills
