Position Overview The job opening is for a Gynecologist at Allara Health, a leading provider in women's health. Key duties include: Conducting thorough patient assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans through video consultations. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team to uphold the highest standards of care. Completing mandatory training and adhering to Allara's clinical policies and best practices. Educating patients on preventative care and wellness based on evidence-based strategies. Maintaining accurate patient records and managing charting promptly. Addressing patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and care. Dedication to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week which includes consultations and appropriate medical guidance. Required Skills and Qualifications Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role: Degree: Must possess an MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board Certification: Must have an active national board certification in Gynecology. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist is required. This should preferably include managing complex women's health conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, metabolic syndrome, and menopause. IMLC License: Candidates must hold an active IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) license or be actively in the process of obtaining one. Clinical Independence: Proven capability to function autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on compassion and clarity when dealing with patients. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms such as EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, and telemedicine tools like Zoom. Telemedicine Experience: Previous experience in telehealth is a plus, but not mandatory.
