Roles & Responsibilities As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with Senior Engineers and Team Leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include: Foundational Project Support: Assisting in various engineering tasks and project activities under the direction of senior team members. Requirement Gathering: Learning about project scopes and requirements during and after handover meetings. Deliverable Preparation: Preparing engineering components, programming, graphics, and estimates while strictly following established Siemens standards and guidelines. Quality Assurance: Developing an understanding of quality control principles and performing initial self-checks on your work before submission. Active Engagement: Proactively asking questions, seeking clarification on technical concepts, and participating in team problem-solving discussions. Task Management: Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately within the given timeframe and maintaining accurate timesheets. Qualification, Skills and Experience Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Education: A valid BE or BTech degree. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of professional experience. Communication: Fluent in the English language (both verbal and written). Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Problem Solving: Ability to interpret customer requirements, identify needs, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
