Responsibilities: 1. Participate in engineering and software development projects by supporting the design, analysis, implementation, and testing of innovative engineering solutions. 2. Assist engineering teams in developing software-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, engineering workflows, and project execution. 3. Support engineering design activities by preparing technical documentation, engineering calculations, reports, and project deliverables. 4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, chemical, and software engineering disciplines. 5. Contribute to engineering analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving activities for ongoing industrial projects. 6. Participate in software development, digital engineering, automation, and process optimization initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers. 7. Learn and apply industry standards, engineering best practices, quality procedures, and safety guidelines throughout project execution. 8. Assist in engineering simulations, testing activities, validation processes, and performance evaluations to ensure project quality. 9. Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Information Technology, or related engineering disciplines. 2. Fresh graduates or eligible pass-out batches as specified by the company are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have no history of academic arrears. 3. Consistent academic performance with 70% or above in 10th standard, 12th standard, and all semesters of the engineering degree. 4. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, technical concepts, and core engineering principles relevant to the chosen discipline. 5. Excellent logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. 6. Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and global engineering stakeholders. 7. Willingness to work in engineering design, software engineering, technical analysis, and field engineering assignments based on project requirements. 8. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines. 9.
