Job Responsibilities The Data Science Manager will be responsible for leveraging complex analytics and modeling to drive business results. Key functions include: Leading projects focusing on customer analytics and retention models, while utilizing broad knowledge of agency economics and lead optimization. Developing multiple phases of data science projects encompassing ideation, experiment design, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, model building, and deployment. Collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance data infrastructure and serving as an objective partner in decision-making processes. Mentoring and supervising less experienced team members, facilitating professional development, and ensuring a high-performance culture where innovation is encouraged.
