Client Success Coach

Job Role The position of a Client Success Coach is fundamentally about ensuring client satisfaction and success. You will be working remotely, and the company preferences candidates from North America, Europe, or South Africa. The working hours will generally be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, amounting to 9 hours per day on average, with a possibility of extended hours up to 10 hours some days. Key Responsibilities Conducting onboarding calls with new students daily Holding coaching calls to motivate and support clients Messaging clients to keep them accountable regarding their goals Moderating community interactions and ensuring that clients are engaged Leading weekly group calls to answer client queries and provide guidance Innovating products by producing training materials and resources Handling renewal and upgrade calls with clients Keeping reports on various communication channels while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures Required Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients Experience in organic marketing on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) A background in sales to effectively guide clients through their decision-making processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Familiarity or willingness to learn technical tools like Loom, ActiveCampaign, and Slack Attention to detail with an understanding of systems and processes Who This Position is For This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a coach or mentor, possesses strong English communication skills (both spoken and written), has experience in organic marketing, and is willing to engage in growth opportunities.
