Handle claims that require manual review beyond automated adjudication, meeting turnaround time requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in product lines applicable to the processing unit. Apply key insurance concepts such as deductibles, copays, coinsurance, out-of-pocket limits, and state-specific variations. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines, including flexibility in work roles, shifts, and locations as per business requirements.
