Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2; Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and complex data analysis; Collaborate with senior developers to build, test, and debug Mainframe applications while optimizing performance; Participate in code reviews, testing, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards; Create and maintain technical documentation while learning new technologies including AI integration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related; 0-1 Year experience (Freshers); Good verbal and written communication; Knowledge of COBOL and JCL; SQL database knowledge; Git version control; Basic awareness of AI and emerging technologies.
