Responsibilities: Gains knowledge and experience in area of specialization or function. Acquires the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution offered by the specific area or function. May typically assist with general administrative for a specific area or function. Receives detailed instructions to coordinate meetings, logistics, filing and record keeping. Assists with the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy. Supports the identification of errors or discrepancies and escalates them for resolution. Supports with any entry level technical or non-technical tasks as required by the business area or function. Proactively seeks out opportunities to broaden their learning.
