Implementing and enforcing Identity and Access Management policies. Managing access approvals, identity lifecycle activities, credential security, and access monitoring. Supporting access controls for cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Entra ID. Working with Privileged Identity Management (PIM), federated SSO groups, Managed Identities, and Service Principal Names (SPNs). Processing access requests according to defined procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Resolving security-related tickets and supporting other security analysts. Using PowerShell or Python to automate IAM processes. Identifying opportunities to automate manual access management activities using scripting and Generative AI. Maintaining accurate documentation of access management procedures. Supporting incident response and remediation for identity-related security incidents. Developing monitoring and alerting mechanisms for IAM activities. Creating metrics and reports related to identity and access management. Supporting User Access Revalidation activities. Using Generative AI for process improvement and analysis of large datasets.
