Optum is currently hiring Associate Business Analysts for its Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with business data, identifying trends, building dashboards, solving business problems through analytics, and driving operational improvements using technology. Responsibilities: Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools. Develop operational and strategic reports based on business needs. Analyze payment trends, denial trends, and Open AR reports. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using business data. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Create customized reports based on client requirements. Perform data validation and quality checks. Work extensively with SQL databases and Excel. Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders. Generate business insights through data visualization. Present analytical findings to management. Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery. Work independently while sharing regular project updates. Follow company policies and operational standards. Requirements: Any Graduate. Minimum 2+ years of Reporting and Analytics experience. Experience in Business Intelligence Reporting. Good understanding of SQL and Data Management. Experience in Power BI or Tableau. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Good communication skills. Strong analytical mindset. Ability to work independently. Exposure to Healthcare or RCM domain is an added advantage.
