Overview Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead for Data Center Design, Engineering, and Construction. This is a leadership role focused on managing the schedule for multiple high-priority data center projects across various locations. The successful candidate will be pivotal in overseeing project schedules, ensuring efficient time management, and fostering collaboration between several functional teams. Responsibilities The Area Schedule Lead will be responsible for the overall schedule management of their project portfolio. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end schedule coordination: This includes liaising with risk management tools and ensuring timely updates and communications with all relevant stakeholders. Identifying and managing risks: The Lead will utilize defined processes to document and communicate schedule risks. They will maintain and manage risk registers and proactively keep teams informed about variance root causes. Vendor and contractor management: They will oversee all aspects of vendor and contractor scheduling, including baseline schedule evaluations during the pre-construction phase to ensure compliance with program specifications.
