Responsibilities: Monitor and reconcile inventory at third-party warehouse locations Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce ageing inventory Prepare weekly inventory and sales reports Perform reconciliation between sub-modules and trial balance Analyze inventory and financial data to support business decisions Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal processes Use MS Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analysis Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve inventory efficiency Eligibility Criteria: Bcom / BBA(Finance) / MCom / MBA(Finance) 0-2 Years Experience Preferred Skills: Good understanding of MS applications (Basic level) Good knowledge of accounting principles Good written/oral communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems Good analytical skills and should be a team player Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict deadlines on projects Strong knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of financial statements is a must Should inculcate the ability to work in a team Selection Process: 1.
