Responsibilities: Design and implement standard-cell digital circuits using industry-standard EDA tools. Develop and validate transistor-level circuit layouts according to project specifications. Perform circuit simulation and optimize design performance using simulation tools. Conduct layout verification through DRC (Design Rule Check) and LVS (Layout Versus Schematic) using Calibre. Debug and troubleshoot existing standard cell library components. Maintain technical documentation, design records, and engineering reports. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality circuit designs. Follow engineering best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
