Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with ERP experience to join our team as a Store Executive at our location in Mallapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail or store management, along with proficiency in ERP systems. As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Utilize ERP system for inventory management, including maintaining accurate records of stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and generating reports.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and manage inventory replenishment through the ERP system.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Train and supervise store staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
Prepare sales reports and utilize ERP system to analyze data and identify trends.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role in a retail environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in inventory management modules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
