Reporting Relationships Area Collection Manager
Position Grade M3/M4

Job Role:
- Position would involve driving collections activity in more than 1 branch , clubbed as cluster
- He would be responsible to visit the branches as per required frequency and handle Location collection Managers/collections Managers for the branches in cluster.
- MIS for all branches , Operating review guides (ORGs) to be maintained and sent to Management.
- To drive KRA- important collection parameters for these branches.
- Audit processes and compliance to be maintained and driven with LCMs and other team for branches in cluster
Job Requirements:
Graduate/ Post Graduate
Multiple branches handling experience is required
