Job Description
Scrum master is responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology. He/she should be able to facilitate the team for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the team. Also he/she should be a good coach in Agile/SAFE practices.
He/she shall be able to work in a self-sufficient multi-disciplinary team environment and responsible for end to end product development with limited supervision.
Graduate with 6+ years of total experience .Minimum 3+ years as scrum master
Expert level:
● Strong experience in Agile SAFE methodology and framework.
● Experience in managing Agile Product Lifecycle tools (e.g. VersionOne, Jira, Ansible, etc.)
● Experience with conflict resolution, scope management, issue & risk tracking, communicating to clients and partners and vendor management
● Ability to think creatively and resolve impediments quickly
● Ability to handle changes smoothly and positively
● Certified SAFE Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus
Intermediate level:
● Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management.
● Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to management Knowledge in all or several of the following:
● In software development (Python, JavaScript, ASP, C#, HTML5…)
● Data storage technologies (SQL, . Net, NoSQL (Neo4J, Neptune), S3, AWS (Redshift) )
● Web development technologies and frameworks (e.g. Angular, AngularJS, ReactJS…)
● DevOps methodologies and practices
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications
Graduate with 4-6 years of experience at least in Native HANA Development(HANA XSA)

Responsibilities:
● Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, providing a learning environment to deliver business value.
● Organizing and facilitating agile rituals including: release planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, planning, demos and other related meetings.
● Emphasize code quality, with an emphasis on small, focused user stories.
● Coordinate and drive product releases.
● Experiment with and integrate processes and tools that enable continuous improvement.
● Track and communicate metrics to provide teams and the organization with relevant feedback.
● Encourage the team to improve transparency within the team
● Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practices.
