Job Description
As part of the Corporate Brand team; you will be responsible for corporate branding and marketing communications for different verticals; as well as work on the brand as a whole.• You will work with the leadership of different verticals to understand their growth objectives. You will then work with the Head of Corporate Brand to develop effective brand strategies to help them achieve the aforesaid goals.• You will work on creating impactful campaigns across different communication channels; both internal and external; digital and print. • You will manage creative projects and resources to effectively deliver results in optimal timeframes. You will liaise with in-house designers and agency partners to deliver quality creative output that aligns with our business requirements. Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of each project with lie with you. This includes everything from periodical newsletters to one-off digital broadcasts to larger brand campaigns and so on.• You will also oversee brand alignment and governance on an ongoing basis for your respective vertical; ensuring any and all content (written; visual and spoken) is aligned to Tesco Bengaluru’s global brand style and driving brand compliance across the organisation.• Reporting and generating insights to the Head of Brand on the utilisation and bandwidth of creative resources. • You will be in charge of events and campaigns related to your respective vertical and will work with the chosen Event partners to execute them. • Managing legal and financial procedures of the brand team’s vendors and agencies in line with Tesco processes.
Qualifications
- Understanding of advertising and digital campaign strategy.• Exceptional communication skill, both spoken and written. Long form writing ability would be a tremendous plus.• A good understanding of modern graphic design principles and the application of brand guidelines, Project Management, Account Mgmt, Stakeholder Mgmt. Excellent presentation skills, Conceptual Application in business context,.
- Experience in corporate marketing at blue chip corporates or account management in a leading advertising or digital agency (not PR). Experience in the retail technology industry is a plus. • An MBA in Marketing or master’s in advertising/Media/Communication from a premier school would be given preference Experience of spearheading & managing campaigns
