Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the data centres division, aligning with overall business objectives and market demands.
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of potential alliance partners, negotiating and structuring strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and market reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and go-to-market plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and industry associations, to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Drive continuous innovation and differentiation through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and technology trends to stay ahead in the data centres landscape.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the product management and alliance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, quality standards, and best practices in product development and alliance activities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and product-related communications to support go-to-market strategies and partner engagements.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, network with potential partners, and stay updated on industry advancements.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and digital transformation trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to data centres and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications: Experience

15-20 years of experience in the data centres industry, with proven track record of product management, strategic alliances, and business development. Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Certification required.

Certification in Product Management, Project Management, or related disciplines is desirable.
