Designation/Role: Product Manager
Mode of Working: 5 days- WFO
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Experience: 4-8 years
Responsibilities:
● Translate business strategy into product strategy
● Own the product roadmap & Execute product strategy
● Primarily responsible for overall product roadmap, business requirements elaboration,
meeting critical milestones and deliverables that are time and scope boxed
● Plan and carry out product launches
● Write high-level requirements
● Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case
● Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
● Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
● Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with any questions they may have
● Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
● Work closely with all RDS engineering teams to design, schedule and deliver in an agile
environment
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in
order to meet all deadlines.
Skills Required:
● Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
● Should have basic knowledge of MERN Stack technologies, design architecture, and AWS
● Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
● Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate
recommendations to executive management
● Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software
development and web technologies
● Must have handled and team of a minimum 5-6 members
● Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
● Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● BE/MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
